Distillation Classes – Next Class is May 25, 2024!

Rum Distillation class:

This is a single-day class teaching the history and distillation of rum. Participants are welcome to come in the Saturday before (May 18th for the next class) and help mix up the fermentation that will be used for their class.

What the class entails:

• Learn the exciting history of rum from a bird’s altitude, then get into the basics of fermentation, distillation, storage, and classifications, all while we distill your very own rum!
• Take home 2 legal bottles of rum that you made. (Additional bottles from your batch may be purchased)
• QR Code bragging rights.
