One or two ice cubes in a short glass. Add 1.5oz Oregon Oak Rested. Sip and enjoy.

1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp white sugar, 1 tsp butter, 1 heaping tbsp vanilla ice cream, 1 oz Just Rum Oregon Oak Rested. Fill cup with hot water, Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.

Mix 2oz Oregon Oak with 1/4oz simple syrup and 2 dashes of Angosturs bitters. Pour over ice and garnish with orange peel.

Shake 1.5oz Oregon Oak and 3/4oz lemon juice over ice. Strain into a glass with fresh ice.

Shake 2oz Oregon Oak, 1oz fresh squeezed lemmon juice, 3/4oz Creme de Violet & 3/4oz honey syrup over ice. Garnish with lemon wheel.

1 oz Just Rum Simple White
1/2 oz Apricot Liqueur (I used Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Fruit Liqueur)
1/4 oz Coffee Liqueur (I used Araku)
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lime
Shake with ice and serve over crushed ice in a double old fashioned or julep cup
or dry shake and serve over ice balls.
